Refunds & Returns Policy

1.Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product.
The item is significantly different from its description.
The product arrived with missing parts or components.

2.Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

🔵The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
🔵Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on used pet beds, worn collars, used leashes, or other pet products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

3.Return Process
1️⃣Contact our customer support team and provide your order number and reason for the return.
2️⃣Once approved, return the item to the address listed in our Contact Information section.
3️⃣Securely package the item and include all original contents.
4️⃣After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.


4.Exchange Process
1️⃣Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣Provide your order details and exchange request.
3️⃣Return the original item to the address listed in our Contact Information section.
4️⃣Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement item, subject to product availability.

5.Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that actual refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


6.Return Shipping Costs
We Cover Return Shipping Costs If:

🔵The item arrived damaged or defective.
🔵The wrong item was sent.
🔵The product has missing parts due to our error.

Customer Covers Return Shipping Costs If:

🔵The item is no longer wanted.
🔵The wrong product was ordered by the customer.
🔵The return is requested for personal preference reasons.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or worn pet beds
Worn, used, or altered collars and leashes
Chew toys or dental products that show signs of use
Grooming tools that have been opened or used
Customized or personalized items
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Items without original packaging, tags, or labels

If you receive a non-returnable item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you have any concerns about the condition or quality of your item, reach out to us immediately so we can assist you before the item is used.

8.Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please follow the return process described above.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
